By using My Daily Skincare website in any way or by buying products from My Daily Skincare, individual agree to be bound by these terms of sale. No individual under the age of 18 may purchase products without parental or guardian consent. By purchasing from this website, individual represent to My Daily Skincare that he/she have read, understood and accept that they will be bound by these Terms and Conditions. My Daily Skincare strongly advises any individual to seek legal advice should they require assistance with or explanation of any of these terms and conditions. Otherwise, individual may also contact My Daily Skincare directly by using the Contact Us form.
My Daily Skincare, and all page headers, page banners, custom design, custom graphics and button icons are service marks, trademarks, and/or trade dress of My Daily Skincare and may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not offered by My Daily Skincare in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits My Daily Skincare. All other trademarks, product names and company names or logos cited herein are the property of their respective owners.
My Daily Skincare will do it’s very best to ensure that all information, descriptions appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Though My Daily Skincare aims to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on this website may not always reflect the product exactly at the moment you place an order.
All pricing on My Daily Skincare is in Singapore (SG) dollars, exclusive of delivery/shipping charges unless specifically indicated otherwise and are subjected to change without prior notice.
While My Daily Skincare has tried to accurately display the colors of products with zero to minimal editing, the actual colors might have a slight deviation.
My Daily Skincare will ensure all products are properly bubble-wrap to prevent any damage. However, we cannot ensure all paper/plastic packaging holding the product will be in pristine condition and may be slightly dented or damaged in some way. As products are imported, and My Daily Skincare may be using external courier services, My Daily Skincare cannot guarantee all external couriers will treat the package with care. We apologized for any inconvenience caused.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
My Daily Skincare reserve the right to edit, delete or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion, by posting a notice or a new agreement on our site. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN OUR PROGRAM, VISIT AND SHOPPING IN OUR SITE FOLLOWING OUR POSTING OF A CHANGE NOTICE OR NEW AGREEMENT ON OUR SITE WILL CONSTITUTE BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGE.
Comments, Feedback, and Other Submissions
My Daily Skincare welcomes all comments and feedback regarding My Daily Skincare website, products, services and room for improvement. Any information, materials, suggestions, ideas, testimonials or comments sent to My Daily Skincare will not be treated as confidential, proprietary or trade secret information. By submitting such information, you are granting My Daily Skincare an irrevocable and unrestricted license to use, modify, reproduce, transmit, display and distribute such information for any purpose whatsoever. In addition, My Daily Skincare is and shall be under no obligation to pay, compensate, reimburse for such information.
Fraud Prevention Procedure
As part of our Fraud Prevention Procedure, all received orders will be screen for fraud or any other types of unauthorized or illegal activity. For orders that are flagged, the customer will first receive a call for confirmation before any shipment and My Daily Skincare reserve the right to refuse any order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. In addition, My Daily Skincare also reserves the right to cancel/freeze any account due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. These measures are adopted to protect our customers as well as My Daily Skincare from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity.
Orders within Singapore
Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days out of our Singapore (SG) warehouse. For Standard Delivery, customers can expect to receive their orders within 4-7 business days, and for Priority Delivery, customers can expect to receive their orders within 1-2 business days. If there is any delay in delivery caused by My Daily Skincare, My Daily Skincare will contact the customer at their phone number provided to reschedule the delivery and delivery fees will be waived. My Daily Skincare courier will send a text message before actual delivery, usually a day before or on the day of delivery, customers can choose to reschedule if there is no one at the delivery address provided to receive the order. However, if a 3rd party vendor is used to deliver the products, all procedure will follow the protocol of the vendor. In the event when the courier is at the delivery address, and the customer is unable to receive the order, the customer can reschedule the delivery for an additional fee or customer can provide a safe location (within 400m from delivery address) for the courier to drop the order.
For orders outside of Singapore, your local authorities may hold and assess additional customs and duty fees on your order, which you will need to pay before order delivery. These fees are solely for the delivery service provider, and we do not stand to gain any from it. In addition, the delivery times for your order are outside of My Daily Skincare control. My Daily Skincare will not be held liable for any missing package due to delivery service provider’s negligence. Exchange or refunds after the order has shipped are subject to our standard Return Policy. Customer outside Singapore may contact My Daily Skincare for the best shipping options available before making a purchase.
Cancelling / Changing of Orders
Should customers felt that they bought the wrong product or they wish to change what they ordered, the customer must do their due diligence to inform us regarding the cancel or change within 30 minutes after placing an order. For cancellation, there will be a 5% surcharge on the order placed. After 30 minutes, no cancellation or change is allowed.

Cancelling / Changing of Orders
My Daily Skincare strives to leave all customer satisfied with their purchase and our after sales service. However, there may be cases of customers’ dissatisfaction due to My Daily Skincare negligence. A product can be refund/exchange only if it meets the following criteria
- Wrong product delivered
- Product expired
- Product is damaged (example, container holding the serum or cream crack or broke)
- Product is unopened and unused
- Product is still eligible for exchange when it is opened, is only applicable when content’s color or texture is found to be different from what is advertised (example moisturizing cream is supposed to be white in color but received product is green in color)
My Daily Skincare will not make any refund or exchange if the paper/plastic packaging holding the product is slightly dented or damaged in any way. As products are imported, and My Daily Skincare may be using external courier services, My Daily Skincare cannot guarantee all external couriers will treat the package with care. In addition, My Daily Skincare will also not make refund or exchange for a customer that change their mind after receiving the products.
My Daily Skincare sincerely apologizes for any mistake made and inconvenience caused and hope that customer can be forgiving towards My Daily Skincare’s mistake.

Shipping & Handling Charges
Please note that shipping, handling, customs, duties, and sales tax charges are not refundable on returns. However, no delivery charges will be placed on the replaced product.
Singapore and International Returns
My Daily Skincare will be only able to provide refunds in Singapore Dollar (SGD), and My Daily Skincare apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase is required and will need to be submitted with your Return Request.
Misships, Missing Items, Damaged Items
Please inform us within 3 business days of delivery if there are any problems with your order. We reserve the right to refuse replacement of refund of these items if we are not notified within this time frame.
Gift with Purchase
Gift with Purchase promotions specifies that a minimum order amount is required to qualify. If a return affects the original order total, the gift with purchase may no longer qualify. In such circumstances, the unopened Gift with Purchase will need to be returned to get a full refund for any returned item on the sale. If customer wishes to keep the gift with purchase, the retail value of that item will be deducted from the amount of the refund.
Clearance / Out of Box
Products under clearance are usually of these categories - short shelf life, out of box and last season's. By purchasing clearance product, customer understands and acknowledge that they belong to the aforementioned categories and will not be eligible for refund or exchange unless the product meets the Return Policy’s criteria.
